Graduation verification requests cannot come through the Spokane, Anchorage, or Tacoma satellite offices. Verification requests must be mailed to our Seattle office at:

A signed release must accompany all graduation verification requests.

University of Washington Graduation Verification

MEDEX Northwest does not have access to University of Washington transcripts. Please visit UW Transcript Request information page or send an official request for UW transripts by regular mail to:
