Glady Torres (Class 45) had the opportunity to work with Holly Torgerson, ARNP and family practice nurse practitioner, during her family medicine preceptorship at Community Health Care, Lakewood Clinic. This clinical training site shares a core MEDEX mission: providing access to healthcare for medically underserved patients. Under Holly’s supervision, Glady manages the problems typically encountered in both the underserved community and a primary care clinical setting.
