Crocodile Cafe Collection has Arrived
The Crocodile Cafe Collection—a series of some 3,000 hours of live recordings made by soundman Jim Anderson has arrived at the University of Washington Ethnomusicology Archives. In collaboration with the Libraries Media Center and Music Library, the Archives will preserve and make these unique materials available for in-library listening. Much descriptive and audio processing work needs to be done before they will be available for access. For more information about the collection contact John Vallier. Also, see the recent post in the Stranger.
