Students visit Othello, Wash., for public service activities
Eight University of Washington students from several health-care fields will visit Othello and Mattawa, Wash., July 23 to 24 to participate in public service projects. (more)
Baxter graft tested in treatment of aortic aneurysms
The UW is one of several centers in the United States participating in a clinical trial of the Baxter endovascular graft system for treating abdominal aortic aneurysms. (more)
Cancer Care Alliance agreement signed
A formal agreement establishing the Cancer Care Alliance has
been signed by the three member institutions -- the UW, the
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and Children's Health
Care Systems.
