Director of nutritional sciences program researches genetic taste markers

Literacy program promoting the fun of reading

In the Children's Clinic waiting room at Harborview Medical Center, toddlers and preschoolers listen to a volunteer read a favorite picture book. A few times a year the youngsters get a new book to keep. (more)

Lamb named medical school registrar

Constance Lamb became the new registrar of the UW School of Medicine on Feb. 12. She succeeds Pat Mallory, who is retiring after nearly 11 years at the medical school, where she was a financial aid officer before becoming registrar in 1993. (more)
