Researchers zero in on gene linked to prostate and brain
cancer
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and UW researchers have
mapped the region of a gene associated with prostate cancer in
families and that may trigger an inherited susceptibility to

The Accreditation Council for Medical
Education (ACGME) has established the John C. Gienapp Lecture
in honor of UW graduate medical education program assessment and
development director.
Peter House, clinical assistant professor of family medicine,
yesterday, March 11, received the Outstanding Contributions to
Rural Health Award from the Washington Rural Health Association.
