For the sixth year in a row, the UW School of Medicine is
ranked as the nation's top primary-care medical school in the
U.S. News & World Report's annual survey of graduate and
professional schools.

The Accreditation Council for Medical
Education (ACGME) has established the John C. Gienapp Lecture
in honor of UW graduate medical education program assessment and
development director.
Peter House, clinical assistant professor of family medicine,
yesterday, March 11, received the Outstanding Contributions to
Rural Health Award from the Washington Rural Health Association.
