Rural research workshops to be presented

The 13th Annual Northwest Regional Rural Health Conference in Spokane March 23 and 24 will feature a workshop led by investigators from the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the WWAMI Center for Health Workforce Studies.

Researchers from the two centers will discuss, "Telehealth and Electronic Medical Records in Rural Practice" and "How Do You Define 'Frontier' and Should You Care?"

WWAMI Educational Conference will be held in June

A WWAMI Educational Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, in Seattle at the UW campus. The conference will bring together UW medical school faculty members from across the five-state region and from all four years of the curriculum. (Full Story)

Division of Neurogenetics established

Journal honors UW obstetrics and gynecology research
