Robert Fortuine, clinical professor of family medicine and long-time head of the Introduction to Clinical Medicine course at the Alaska WWAMI Biomedical Program at the University of Alaska-Anchorage, was awarded the Jack Hildes Medal June 8 at the 11th International Congress of Circumpolar Health in Harstad, Norway.
