A public memorial service for Rob Muilenburg, longtime UW Medical Center leader, will be at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct.11 in UW's Meany Hall.
George Ojemann, professor of neurological surgery, was one of the recipients of the 2000 K.J. Zulch Prize from the Max Planck Society and the Gertrud Reemtsma Foundation of Germany last month in Cologne. Ojemann was honored for his work on the functional organization of the human cortex. The prize, given in memory of K.J. Zulch, a prominent German neuropathologist, is awarded annually for outstanding achievement in basic neurological research.
