Maier elected president of American Association of Surgery for Trauma

Ronald Maier, professor of surgery and surgeon-in-chief at Harborview Medical Center, has been elected president of the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma. The association's goals are preventing injury and improving the care of trauma patients through education, training and research.
