Eric B. Larson has been re-elected Regent at the American College of Physicians American Society of Internal Medicine. Larson is medical director of UW Medical Center and professor of medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine. This is his second three-year term as Regent.

David Dale, professor of medicine, was selected as chair-elect of the organization's Board of Governors.

Bertil Hille, professor of physiology and biophysics, has been chosen to receive the Gairdner Foundation International Award for outstanding discovery in medical science. (Full Story)
