UW Medicine will hold an orientation seminar for new faculty members from 7:45 a.m. to noon, Friday, Nov. 7, in room RR-134 of the Health Sciences Building.

The orientation will introduce new faculty members to the structure of UW Medicine and the resources available to them. It will include discussion of the organization of the medical school, curriculum and academic affairs, research and graduate education, clinical programs, faculty development, teacher resources, library services, research funding services, educational technology, work and life services, and working with the news media. The seminar is open to all faculty members interested in learning more about the School of Medicine and its resources.
