Larry Robinson Appointed Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs
Larry Robinson, professor and chair of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, has been appointed vice dean for clinical affairs, effective May 1. He succeeds Andy Ziskind, who resigned to become president of Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Robinson will devote half his time to the vice dean position and will continue to lead the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. In his new role, he will be responsible for UW Medicine risk management, a number of multi-departmental clinical programs and steering committees, several new clinical initiatives, and other duties.
