Announcing the Margaret T. Stanley Endowed Fellowship
In January, University of Washington MHA Program alumna Margaret Stanley and her husband Thomas Bleakney made a significant gift of $100,000 to the UW MHA Program. This gift established the Margaret T. Stanley Endowed Fellowship, and qualified for a match with the University, increasing the total endowment to $150,000. The Margaret T. Stanley Endowed Fellowship will specifically assist MHA students with financial need. Ms. Stanley completed her MHA at the UW in 1977, and currently serves as Executive Director of the Puget Sound Health Alliance. She regularly contributes her time to the MHA Student Career Development Program, and serves as a mentor to our students. We are deeply grateful for this gift.
