The UW MHA Program offers students the opportunity to pursue a concurrent degree, combining the MHA with another degree in order to provide an integrated curriculum that is generally completed in less time than it would take to earn the degrees separately. We value the collaborative and interdisciplinary learning environment created when students with different backgrounds contribute to the collective educational experience. Four concurrent degree options are available:

Notes About Concurrent Degree Eligibility and Applications
To be eligible for a concurrent degree track, a person must apply to each program separately and also must be admitted into both programs.
Each degree program maintains its own, distinct application and admissions review processes. While it is a requirement that applications be submitted to each degree program separately, some required materials (such as transcripts or test scores) may be the same for both applications.
When preparing your application, please indicate on the MHA Program Supplemental Application form the concurrent degree program to which you are applying.
Students already enrolled in UW's JD, MBA, MD or MPA programs who wish to add a concurrent MHA should contact the MHA Program Office for guidance.
All regular requirements of the MHA Admissions Process apply.
