Address Changes
You may change your address through MyUW. Once updated, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your revised address information. You may also call 206-543-3868 to change your address information. Please contact the Program Office to inform us of your address change (we do not receive the information submitted to MyUW).
Building Access/After Hours and Library Access
The Health Sciences Building is readily accessible from the South Parking Lot (S-1) on the opposite side of Columbia Street (behind the Health Sciences Building.) Most building doors are open from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM through 7:00 PM. For classes which are held in the “Rotunda” area (rooms I-132 and I-140), arrangements will be made for those doors to be open late enough to accomodate classes.
“After Hours and Library Access” for evenings and weekends, can be found at the E-Court entrance on the Columbia Road side, or the main UW Medical Center (hospital) entrance located at the east end of the building on the NE Pacific Street side.

(Health Sciences Building, SW-110) open daily from 6:30 AM through 7:00 PM. Hot dinner service is available from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. - Newspaper/candy stand
(South Campus Center, upper level) open Monday through Friday, closes at 5:00 PM. - Rotunda Café
(Health Sciences Building, Rotunda/I-wing) open Monday through Friday, closes at 5:00 PM. - Vending Machines: coffee, juice, soda, snacks and candy

Metro/U-PASS
Bus schedules are available on the main floor of the South Campus Center (near the candy counter) and in the fourth floor entrance to the T-Wing of the Health Sciences Center.

A quick and easy tool available to find contact information for UW faculty, staff and students is the on-line UW Directories page, on the University of Washington’s Web site. You can go to this page and select from a number of directories. Instructions are available on-line on the page.
Parking
Montlake Parking Lot (Lot E-1):
Parking in Lot E-1, just north of the Intramural Activities Center
(IMA) and Husky Stadium, is $4.00 at all times, and is available to
students. Drivers have the option of paying $2.62 by debiting their
Husky Card account.
South Campus Parking Garage (Lot S-1):
(located directly behind the Health Sciences Center)
While not typically available to students during the day, the S-1 lot
is generally accessible after 4:00 PM.
Parking Fees:
Most lots cost $4.00 after 4:00 PM. During the day, parking fees are
$10.00. Also during the day, partial refunds may be available at the gate
as you leave, depending on the length of your stay.

The University of Washington General Catalog is a valuable resource that contains information regarding various university and student policies and procedures, such as Graduate School requirements for successful completion of a Master’s Degree. All the information contained in the General Catalog is available on either the University’s web site or the Graduate School’s web site. The General Catalog is also available in paper form at University Bookstores.
