The University of Washington Master of Health Administration programs provide integrated, applied, and competency-driven management education for future leaders of clinically-driven business enterprises and health systems.
The MHA Program emphasizes integration of core management and transformational leadership concepts, theories, competencies, and skills. It prepares students to apply these integrated competencies and skills within clinical processes and within health-related business enterprises and systems. The MHA Program prepares students for continuous improvement of this skill set within a career context.
MHA graduates are committed to achieving organizational excellence, sustainability, and accountability within dynamic community health systems and competitive market environments. They are also committed to serve as community and industry leaders.
