The checklists below should assist you in smoothly beginning your academic career at the UW. Please select the appropriate checklist, review the information and complete each item.
Take particular notice of information pertaining to the Private Access Code, UW NetID, and Student ID Card. If you have trouble at any point, do not hesitate to contact the Program Office.
Keeping Your Contact Information Updated
If your contact information changes, it's important to notify both the University and the MHA Program since the information is saved in separate systems.

It is important that you keep your information updated. We will be sending additional orientation information to you throughout the next couple months (primarily by e-mail) and do not wish to miss you.
