Directions and Parking information for 2009 Public Lectures:

All lectures begin at 7:30 pm and take place in Kane Hall, Room 220 on the UW Seattle Campus. There will be a reception in Kane 225, the Walker-Ames Room, following each lecture.

Take I-5 to the NE 45th Street exit, and head east on 45th (a left for traffic coming from the North, and a right coming from the South). Take 45th to 15th Ave NE, and turn right. At NE 41st Street, take a left to enter the Central Plaza Garage, an underground parking facility.

Parking here is $8 after 4pm, payable in cash or with a visa/mastercard. You can take an elevator from the garage directly into Kane Hall. For a map of the parking garage, showing how to get to Kane Hall, go to: http://www.washington.edu/commuterservices/parking/Map_V3.0.pdf

For $5 in exact change, you can park in one of the west campus lots with self-serve pay stations (W2, W4, W6, W12 and W14) any time after 4 p.m.

Street parking around the University District is also available for free after 6:00pm.
