MSE Undergraduate Scholarship Applications

For those of you Juniors who plan on applying for a College of Engineering and/or MSE Department Scholarship, please take note of a couple of things:

1) We use the same application form for the College of Engineering and the MSE Department Scholarship. You can fill out just one application; be sure that the MSE Academic Counselor, receives your complete application by April 1st, if you wish to be considered for both.

You can drop it off your application at Roberts 302 or you can mail it to "Materials Science and Engineering Department, Box 352120, University of Washington, Seattle, WA 98195-2120".

2) You need to attach unofficial copies of your transcript to your application. We can print an unofficial copy of your UW transcript for you, but you will need to provide copies of any community college or other 4-year college transcripts.

3) You do not need to provide a copy of your high school transcripts.

Application forms can be obtained from the Academic Counselor's office (Roberts 302A), or you can print one from the College of Engineering SCORE web site.
