The user facility maintains a variety of furnaces. There is one 1100 C furnace with a controller and a number of 1100 C furnaces without a controller. We also have one high temperature box furnace (1600 C), one high temperature tube furnace (1700 C), and one salt pot furnace.

MSE students and lab classes have first priority for use of all of the furnaces.
