The Haake Viscometer (VT550) equipped with double concentric cylinder-type sensors is used to measure the rheological material properties of a liquid or semi-solid substance. The department has one sensor unit and the specifications are listed. For measurements of materials outside of the range of our sensor, it is recommended that the user obtain their own sensor. Hazardous materials cannot be measured due to its location and wide use.
