Come hear a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist share about how to understand your metabolism and appetite. Attuned eating and appetite regulation skills will be learned, including mindful eating. Come for an interactive presentation where all five senses will be engaged and learn how listening to your body can lead to positive body image! Free food served!
