{"id":6511,"date":"2016-08-05T16:11:13","date_gmt":"2016-08-05T23:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/mswnews\/?p=6511"},"modified":"2016-08-05T16:11:13","modified_gmt":"2016-08-05T23:11:13","slug":"after-school-nanny-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/mswnews\/2016\/08\/after-school-nanny-needed\/","title":{"rendered":"After school nanny needed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are a UW faculty family, living on Mercer Island, seeking a great nanny for our two elementary-age girls for the 2016-17 school year.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:<br \/>\n* school pickup and driving to\/from after-school activities (nearly all on Mercer Island)<br \/>\n* homework supervision, reading, and games<br \/>\n* laundry and light housekeeping<br \/>\n* prepping and cooking kid and family meals when needed<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a caregiver who:<br \/>\n* has experience working with and driving elementary-age children<br \/>\n* owns a safe vehicle and has a clean driving record (we will need you to use your own car &amp; will compensate for gas and mileage)<br \/>\n* has a passion for working with kids and for teaching healthy habits of body and curiosity of mind<br \/>\n* has energy, flexibility, organization skills, and enjoys helping busy households run smoothly and happily!<\/p>\n<p>Hours would be 5 days\/week from 3PM until about 6:30PM MTThFr and 1PM-6:30PM W (a total of ~20 hours\/week).
