Frames divide Web pages into multiple regions which can load information independently and be resized dynamically.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is supporting The NatureMapping Program Wildlife module and is available for downloading from the CD. You can view this module with either Netscape 2.0 or Internet Explorer or any frames-capable browser.

Note: selecting the Netscape Back button will only take you to the last URL loaded

Resize frame
It is possible to resize the main content page by moving
your cursor to the "bar" that separates the central frames until
it changes shape, holding down the mouse button, and moving the bar to the
left or right.
By resizing a window, it is sometimes easier to read text and see graphics . Try this.
Note: Keep in mind that frames forces content that would normally fill your sceen into a smaller window. Therefore, you will get the best view by maximizing (full screen) the size of your browser.
Print
You can print only one frame at a time. To print, select the frame to be printed by clicking in it.
Then from the File menu, select Print Frame.
