Introduction
If this is your first time visiting the Wildlife Module, please note that it is maximized for frames. We suggest that you download
a frames capable browser for best results:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.1 for Windows 3.1 (on CD ROM)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows 95 (on CD ROM)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.1 for Macintosh (Download from Microsoft website.)
- Netscape Navigator 2.0 or higher for Macintosh or Windows (Download from Netscape website.)
Earlier versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mosaic, or Netscape Navigator will work, but do not support frames, which is a multi-window environment that this module uses for best effect.
The button bar is your navigation tool for the entire module. For example, if you
want to know the species of amphibians that can be found in Washington,
you would select the Species button, and then click on "amphibians" from
the species menu bar. If you wanted to learn how to determine the habitat for your location, you would select the Guide button, and then go through the three menu items under "Habitat" in the guide menu. If you wanted to see photograph examples of a few of the different habitats in Washington,
you would select the Habitats button, and then click on one of the habitat menu options.
