* Teaching rounds will alternate between a fellow review for the resident and student and an in-depth review done in conjunction with one of the staff.  The fellow will present a case-based discussion of a pertinent medical subject, such as: acute renal failure, vascular access, hematuria, proteinuria, uremia, etc.  The attending physician will participate in and assist the fellow in developing these topics.

For the in-depth reviews the fellow will develop a specific aspect of one of the general areas listed above followed by a focused discussion by the responsible staff person.
