Physicians seeking to refer a patient to UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, or any of our clinics or services can do so by either calling MEDCON at 1-800-326-5300 or contacting the patient care coordinator for the service.
All referrals to UW Medicine should now use the UW Medicine universal referral form.
