Registration Information

Whether you are able to join us for a fabulous day of golf and fun or you and/or your company would like to support Brain Tumor Research at UW with direct donations, product donations or sponsorship, we welcome your help.

Cost: $125 per player

Cost includes: Post-tournament Salmon and Prime Rib dinner at Lake Wilderness Golf Club (dinner guests welcome for an additional $30.00), golf cart and green fee.

This year we are offering three levels of cash sponsorships:

$900	Complimentary foursome Name on Corporate Sponsor Board
$600	Name on Corporate Sponsor Board
$200	Name on sign at hole designated as a Sponsor

All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible.
