Neuro-oncology Team:
Tumor Board The neuro-oncology tumor board is composed of a team of physicians who review the case of each patient with a brain tumor and make treatment recommendations accordingly. The physicians who meet during this tumor board include the neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologists, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, neuroradiologists, and when indicated physicians from other disciplines. The tumor board meets weekly. Information regarding recommendations of the tumor board is communicated directly back to the patient or the patient's physician.
