Located in beautiful Seattle Washington, and in proud cooperation with the University of Washington School of Medicine Department of Neurological Surgery, the UW Medicine Chiari Malformation Clinic is committed to the research and treatment of patients with the Chiari malformation and/or Syringomyelia.

Established in 1998, our doctors have many years of experience in treating patients who suffer from these related conditions.

Headed by Richard G. Ellenbogen, MD, FACS, Professor and Chairman UW Neurological Surgery, Chief of Neurosurgery at Harborview Medical Center, and Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle, Washington; the UW Chiari Clinic utilizes world-class doctors, nurses, patient care coordinators and facilities to provide exceptional treatment for these disorders.
