The Spine Center at the University of Washington (UWMC), Harborview Medical Center (HMC) and Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center (CHRMC) is a multi-disciplinary team that addresses complex disorders of the spine. This team consists of Neurological Surgeons, Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians.

Doctors, Richard Ellenbogen (CHRMC), Randy Chesnut (HMC), David Pitkethly (HMC), and Trent Tredway (UWMC) are the neurosurgical members of the center.

Patient care is provided for a broad spectrum of spine disorders including back or neck pain, ruptured discs, congenital disorders, spinal trauma, tumors and infections of spine, and spinal deformities.
