Selling my like new Galaxy Note 2 cell phone. The phone is through the sprint network. The phone has a clean ESN and is 100% ready to activate. I’ve had the phone since the release date so it is around 6 months old. It is in 100% excellent working condition. You will be getting the phone itself, along with several extras.

Please note the phone itself comes with 16GB of internal storage, but can also hold up to a 64GB micro sd card. I’m including a 16gb SD card but you could always upgrade later if needed. I never needed more than 32GB of space so a 16gb card was perfect for me.

I hate to part ways with the phone but I just got a new HTC One through a sprint promo, so I’ll be using that for now.

Authentic almost new Prada bag. NO scratch/cracks, NO rip, NO smell, NO fading, NO loose stitch. Owner is not smoker, no pets nor kids in the house – so, this bag is in great condition. I have the authenticity card and can meet at Bellevue Mall for verification of its authenticity. I will include the authenticity card and its original white dust bag (where you can keep the bag when you are not using it). Estimate measurements: 17 inches from side to side, 11 inches top to bottom, 5 inches thick. Strap is about 8 inches drop.

For those who know the ” real thing”, Prada’s zipper trade mark is either RIRI or IPI – i included pic of its zipper. I will send more pics upon request.

About me:

I am a 28 year old, non-smoking, male and will be moving to Seattle from San Francisco, CA. I am relocating to attend graduate school at the University of Washington. I am also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Guatemala 2008 – 2011.

When:
I want to move sometime between July 1 – August 1 and therefore I would like the sublease or lease to start in either July or August. Around the middle of July, I am planning on flying up to Seattle to stay about a week to look at potential places and hope to meet in person with my potential landlords and if applicable, roommate. Upon choosing a place and depending on the furniture situation, I would then head back down to SF in order to pick up my belongings and drive them up in a moving truck by the end of July. As soon as I would get the moving truck to Seattle, I would be moving in.

Past living situations:
Most recently I have lived with my parents in California since the three years prior I had been living in Guatemala. Consequently, I cannot provide recent prior landlord references, but I can provide prior work references and a vast number of other Returned Peace Corps Volunteers that can vouch for my maturity, benevolence, and affability.

Since I don’t currently live in Seattle, I will have to rely on email/phone for communication and exploring compatibility as roommates if necessary. Also given the timing of lease contract and my traveling circumstances, I understand I might be paying some rent before I arrive in Seattle for the move-in.
