FREE Self-Defense Class for Women Taught by the UWPD

RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) teaches realistic self-defense movements that do not require special skills or years of practice to master. It was developed specifically for women on university and college campuses. The program is simple yet effective, empowering university students and employees through the use of self defense. Instructors: UW Police Department Sergeant Gloria Galloway and Angela Roberts
Dates: Several Sections Offered! Must be able to attend all classes in a section. Section B: Thurs, Oct. 4, 11 and 18, 1:30-5:30 pm. Section C: Thurs, 11/1, 8 and 15, 8-noon. Section D: 11/1, 8 and 15, 1:30-5:30 pm
