Ecuadorian breeding dates:

Relatively few records have been published concerning the breeding of this species in Ecuador, and there is no information concerning its breeding habits in other parts of its range. Follow THIS link to a power point image of the range and location of existing breeding records for Ecuador. The first map shows the entire range of P. ruficeps as currently understood. The second shows more details of its range in Ecuador, with black dots representing areas where breeding has been reported.. The final page lists currently known records of breeding in Ecuador and the source of the information.
