REGISTRATION FEES
Full conference or student rate includes attendance at keynote sessions, breakouts, and roundtables, two luncheons, daily refreshment breaks, Thursday Opening Plenary session and reception, and conference materials. One Day rate includes all conference activities on date selected (Friday or Saturday).
$350 - Full Conference
$150 - Student Rate - (for full-time, currently registered students)
$150 - One Day only (Friday or Saturday) - in advance
$90 - Thursday Opening Plenary only (includes reception)

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITIONS
Cancellations and refund requests received by September 30, 2009 will be allowed, subject to a $35 administrative processing fee. For cancellations made after September 30, no fees will be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place; we ask that you give notification of the substitution at least two days in advance of the conference start date.
