About the Center: The Cincinnati STD/HIV Prevention Training Center was established in 1979. It is a cooperative venture with the University of Cincinnati and the City of Cincinnati Health Department. Courses are provided primarily for health professions in Region V, which includes Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. Our goal is to meet a continuing need for effective training in STD clinical services in support of disease prevention and as a primary source of postgraduate STD education for medical professionals.
