• 640 x 480 or better screen resolution
  

Audio or text version

Select audio narration soundtrack, or, run in text-mode. At several points in the program you're asked to provide your own responses to clients. If your system supports audio recording, record and playback your responses. Alternately, you can type your responses.

Print Feature

Any page of the program can be printed, as can copies of the field records, emails and the Employee Development Guide.

Records Saved

Automatically remembers where you are in the course based on your login information and where you exit the program. A report can be printed with a summary of user's performance.

Context specific help

A help feature is available to assist in using the program.

Menu or scenario based

Work through the program sequentially. Or, use a menu (Day Planner) to skip out of sequence to different portions of the course.
