Timeline

September-December

  • Pick up an NSE Directory from 171 Mary Gates Hall.  Pay Attention to pages 6-10.

  • See the Schedule and attend an NSE Information Session.  Ask questions and receive more details about the NSE program.

  • Begin selecting campuses that interest you.

October - January

  • Attend an Information Session to get a UW NSE Application.

  • Consult with your academic advisor, family, financial aid office & FAFSA.

  • Complete UW NSE Application w/ fee by Feb. 1st!

February

  • Late applications will be accepted through February 17th on a space available basis.

March

  • Conference occurs in Mid-March.  You will be advised via Email about your placement status.

  • If placed, complete Placement Acceptance Forms.

April

  • Host campuses will send information to you. Complete the information they request.

May

  • Preparation for airlines, classes, housing, etc.

  • NSE Assembly, Date to be Announced.

June - August

  • More personal preparation. 

August

  • Depart to Semester Schools.

September

  • As soon as you get settled, send us your information regarding email, address, mailing addresses, number of credits taking and a postcard.
