Training

NTUF operates as a cost center available to graduate students, academic, non-profit, national laboratory, and industrial researchers. We will schedule you for training once we receive your registration and completed the Coral Intake form.

Training consists of two sessions. The first session provides an in-depth introduction to the principles of the instrument and involves hands-on experiments with standard samples. In the second session, you will learn to work on your own samples. We may request additional practice sessions to qualify a user.

Qualified users who have agreed to the terms of the NTUF user policy and sign the appropriate signature page are allowed 24/7 access to the facility.
