Continuing Education

Established in 1977, the Northwest Center for Occupational Health & Safety (NW Center) is one of 17 Education and Research Centers (ERCs) funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH). In addition to our graduate academic training program, our continuing education program responds to current training needs in the rapidly changing field of occupational health and safety, and presents courses and conferences throughout the year to enhance the skills and knowledge of people working in these and other disciplines. Courses are open to health and safety professionals, workers and managers with interest in and responsibility for workplace safety and health, and students in OSH-related disciplines.
