The purpose of the Alaska Fire Effects Reference Database is to provide a comprehensive listing of fire research publications relevant to Alaska, and also to provide a venue for sharing unpublished agency reports and works in progress that are not normally found in the published literature. References noted as “DRAFT” should not be cited without consulting the author. Relevant papers, poster abstracts, web sites, progress reports, and proposals, are solicited. Please submit citations to Diana Olson: dlolson@fs.fed.us. The database is a cooperative effort of the Alaska Fire Effects Task Group, a subcommittee of the Alaska Wildfire Coordinating Group Fire Research Development and Applications Committee. Funding for the database has been provided by the Joint Fire Sciences Program.
