Title IV-E
Child Welfare Advancement
and Training Program (CWTAP) - Title IV-E
There is funding built into our contract with the Children's Administration.
This project tracks participants in the Washington state's Child Welfare Training
and Advancement program in Seattle, Kent, Tacoma and the Peninsula. Evaluation
includes tracking current student status, focus groups to uncover potential educational
enhancements, and alumni tracking and survey to determine the job status of graduates.
For example, results for last year reveal that nearly 94% of UW graduates have
gone on to work for the state.
