Welcome to the UW Obstetrics and Gynecology Alumni Society!

I want to thank everyone, again, for the positive feedback regarding the alumni newsletter, particularly those who recognized the picture of Dan Herron and Mark Hollister during their brief "pregnancies".

You may or may not have noticed, but we haven't been able to get anything new out for a couple of years. Part of this has been due to the slow pace with which we have been able to accumulate interesting items to fill the newsletter. Unfortunately, I'm not that creative and by the time I had enough alum notes or pictures, many of the early acquisitions were too out of date to publish. So, as much as I enjoy getting real mail, we've decided to transition to an alum webpage.

This will allow us to provide you with more regular updates and hopefully, a forum for communication. We plan to start simply with class notes, recent alum publications and a department update. We hope to expand the site in the future to allow people to post notes, job offerings and hopefully, schedule reunions. If you have any suggestions however, please let us know and we'll see if we can incorporate them.
