DIRECTIONS TO THE CLINIC, LOCATED IN THE PAT BRACELIN STEEL MEMORIAL BUILDING: 401 Broadway Avenue

The Patricia Bracelin Steel Memorial Building is located on Broadway Avenue at Jefferson Street (map). Take the James Street exit off I-5 (exit #164A if coming from the south, or exit #165A if coming from the north). Turn up the hill (east) on James Street and go to Boren Avenue. Turn right (south) on Boren Avenue, and then left (east) on Jefferson Street. The Patient Parking Garage is on the right. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor and follow the signs to the clinic.
