Primary services that the University of Washington Talent Search Program Provides are:

• Academic advice and assistance in secondary school and college selection
• Assistance in getting information and preparing for college entrance examinations
• Guidance on secondary school reentry or entry to other programs leading to a secondary school diploma or its equivalent
• Personal and career counseling
• Assistance in completing admissions and financial aid applications
• Referral to available tutorial services
• Workshops and counseling for parents of students served
• Exposure to college campuses as well as cultural events, and academic programs
