Become an OutSpoken – LGBTQ & Ally Educator

LGBTQ & ally young people – get paid to be an educator on the lives of queer and trans youth!

The Northwest Network’s OutSpoken LGBTQ and ally youth speakers bureau is offering a training for new panelists. The organization challenges bullying, oppression and anti-LGBTQ violence in our schools and communities by training young people ages 13-24 to be educators. OutSpoken offers youth panels, workshops, and peer-to-peer presentations.

When: Saturday, November 3rd, 12-3:30pm
Where: Seattle Counseling Services, 1216 Pine St., Suite 300
Who should attend: Young people ages 14-24

After the training, participants will all meet at Bluebird (1205 E. Pike St.) for an OutSpoken all-ages ice cream and social, 4-6pm. Friends, family, partners and community are welcome to attend to play games and learn more about OutSpoken.
