Leadership in the Age of Smart Cities: How Data and Technology are Impacting Equity in Urban Communities

This FREE conference is scheduled for July 20-July 22nd in Washington D.C. and includes a large graduate school expo on July 20th from 3-6PM.  The deadline to apply to the conference is Friday June 22nd.   Below is more information about the conference:


What to Expect:

  • Network with other students from across the country who are interning in Washington DC for the summer
  • Develop leadership and problem solving skills
  • Learn about careers in public service and graduate programs in public policy and international affairs
  • Interact with innovative leaders and leading thinkers
  • Participate in a team challenge to develop an innovative solution to problems facing urban centers


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Rising undergraduate juniors and seniors and recent graduates in the Washington D.C. Metro Area
  • Traditionally underrepresented students are encouraged to apply
  • All majors welcome
