Summi Kaipa is the editor of Interlope, a journal focused on publishing innovative writing by Asian Americans. Her work has appeared in Tinfish, Kenning, Tool A Magazine, Rain Taxi, and Rhizome. A chapbook titled The Epics, which explores her sense of cultural heritage via the great epic poem, The Mahabharata, is available from Leroy press.

Summi Kaipa lives among the minor rock stars of San Francisco on Albion Street, currently known for its sweet, ever-wafting aroma of piss.
